Das erwartet Sie in Ihrer neuen Rolle:
- Directly sell BG/MC/RG/MAT & KLEMM rigs and equipment throughout Australia and New Zealand to existing and new customers
- Prospect, for new customers and liaise directly with our existing customers directly calling on and over the telephone to grow the overall sales of the complete Bauer product portfolio
- Grow, improve and represent the Bauer brand through professional dealings with the industry as “the face of the brand” and to be a trusted advisor to our customers
- Grow incremental sales beyond normal organic growth in a profitable way, of all products, including rental and used Bauer equipment for the operational benefit of BAUER equipment
- Compliance and execution of BAUER standards in the field of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Damit überzeugen Sie uns:
- Minimum 5 years of Bauer rig experience essential; MC / RTG / MAT / KLEMM experience is also helpful
- While sales experience in capital equipment is ideal, product and piling operations experience where there was extensive customer contact would be considered, ideally with a strong Bauer background
- Possessing a strong mechanical aptitude and open, curious and teachable attitude is essential
- Fluent verbal and written English language skills
- Have excellent communication skills and a
customer focused attitude
- Have the right to work in Australia or meet the requirements to do so
- Prepared to relocate on a local contract to Australia with a view to permanent residency if desired
- Hold a full driving license recognizable in Australia
- Have a flexible approach to the working day, a willingness to work out of hours and regularly travel around Australia & New Zealand as required to meet customers, prospects and develop relationships
